CAFE O-RID’ s terms and conditions【Ver.02】

1. Membership Qualification
   You will have to be at least eighteen (18) years old to apply for CAFE O-RID membership and in doing so, you will agree to be bound by these terms and conditions pertaining to CAFE O-RID membership.
2. Use of the membership card
   For the purposes of CAFE O-RID issuing a membership card, you will be required to produce your identity card. Once a membership card is issued to you, only you can use the membership card. Please bring your membership card each time you use CAFE O-RID services.
3. Prohibition against Lending and Transferring
   You shall not lend your membership card to another person. Membership is not transferable.
4. Non-use of Membership
   If you do not use your membership for one year, your membership card will become invalid.
5. Changes of Information
   If there is any change in the information provided by you such as your name, address, telephone number, please notify CAFE O-RID at 9 Battery Road #01-02 Straits Trading Building Singapore 049910　(Tel: 6410 9485）promptly. Where applicable, please produce a document evidencing such change.
6. Loss of Membership Card
   Please keep the membership card with care. In case of theft, loss or damage of/to the membership card, please notify CAFE O-RID at 9 Battery Road #01-02 Straits Trading Building Singapore 049910　(Tel: 6410 9485）.
7. Reissue of Membership Card
   In the event of re-issue of your membership card, you will be required to produce your identity card and pay a fee of S$5 save for the non-use of the membership transferred to in paragraph 4 (in which case, you will only be required to produce the invalidated membership card and your identity card for exchange of a new card).
8. Conduct within CAFE O-RID
   Please be considerate to other users of CAFE O-RID and do not display rude or offensive behavior while you are in CAFE O-RID. If this happens, CAFE O-RID may refuse your entry into CAFE O-RID or prohibit your use of our equipment and/or services, or require you to leave the premises.
9. Use of internet service
   You may use internet services only if:
   • you have ordered food or drink, or purchased merchandise at CAFE O-RID;
   • you browse the websites specified by CAFE O-RID; or
   • you use software specified by CAFE O-RID.
10. Duty to Make Payment
    Please pay for goods purchased, food and beverage consumed, and internet service used in CAFE O-RID.
11. Compensation
    Please handle goods, equipment, or fixtures in CAFE O-RID with care. In the event of any loss or damage caused by you whether by accident or negligence, you will be required to bear reasonable costs to repair or replace such item lost or damaged. The decision as to whether to replace or repair any loss or damage shall be determined by CAFE O-RID at its sole discretion.
12. Removal of Items
    Please do not remove any equipment or any goods from CAFE O-RID without permission.
13. Responsibility
    CAFE O-RID, employees or staff, subcontractors or agents of CAFE O-RID will not be responsible for any damage to, or theft/loss of your personal belongings brought into the premises.
14. Changes to CAFE O-RID’s Terms and Conditions
    CAFE O-RID may change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
15. Suspension and termination of the membership
    In case of any violation, CAFE O-RID may make determinations to suspend or terminate of your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions. In such case, CAFE O-RID may require you to return your membership card.
16. Governing law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law and the parties are hereby subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
